• Plan and organize camping trips
• Discover campsites and outdoor locations
• Create and manage trip checklists
• Share trip plans with friends and family
• Access weather information for planned trips
• Track camping achievements and gamification features

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use only one account per person

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions through your app store account

The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Camply and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the App. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of campsite information or weather data
